About Office of the Municipal Engineering
A department responsible for planning, designing, constructing, and maintaining public infrastructure, such as roads, bridges, and water systems. It enforces the National Building Code (PD 1096), issuing building, repair, and occupancy permits. The office also advises the Mayor on engineering matters.
